The location is great, the front desk staff was really helpful and kind. The room space was great, i liked the view to the bay. The bed was very comfortable.
Close to where I needed to be and it’s near Bayside Mall and park if you want that. Decent gym since they also had free hand weights and yoga mats but once machines broken. Clean and large room - all good with room and tv etc

Excellent location, great staff.
The food and drinks at the restaurant were great. We had authentic Cuban food and it was delicious. The staff Franny and Claudia were great and accommodating. The location was great and right next door to shopping options. Across the road there was a shopping area named Bayside that was really nice and trendy. We enjoyed our overall stay in Miami before our cruise.

the location and the splendid view at the 15th floor, the good bed
The proximity to the Miami Bayfront and Cruise Port is wonderful. I liked the vibe and the view of the cruise ships. Room was comfortable. Nice to get a buy one get one drink ticket too!
I don't mind paying high prices, however breakfast buffet was overpriced with minimal options.

Location to port and Bayside
Perfect location to stay before a cruise, we loved waking up to see our ship right out the window! We thought the hotel was very cute and check in was easy. They held our bags the day we checked out and even had a shuttle to take us to the cruise port.
The room was great they gave me a room facing the front of the building I could see the park and the port ship it was really nice.
The place was nice, however, there were some issues about the room
